A word of introduction

We are Neville and Shirley Bell, a friendly, experienced and good-natured husband and wife team covering Lincolnshire, the Midlands and East Anglia, plus South East London.

We offer a sophisticated and contemporary photography service, custom designed for you.

Your day is as special to us as it is to you!

Because there are two of us, we can take pictures from a variety of viewpoints and can also back up one another's pictures, so that you have the peace of mind of knowing that at least two cameras are used to record your day.

Our clients tell us that they particularly like our flexible and cooperative approach as our aim is to fit into to your day as unobtrusively as possible while capturing all the moments for you, both informal and formal. We are happy to discuss your exact requirements and will supply formal and informal reportage pictures in the mix you prefer, including colour, but also spot colour, sepia, and black and white if required.

 

To offer you the maximum possible choice you can choose to receive
lots of top quality 7" x 5" prints of your choice, all individually finished with perfect cropping, excellent colour, tones and contrast in a protective slip album.
Or a choice of traditional or digital Story Book albums.
Or a digital only option with copyright free DVD/CDs of all the website photographs.

All the pictures can be selected in black and white or sepia as well as colour and we also offer as standard a series of montages and special effects.
All the pictures are shown on the web and then and supplied in a full colour brochure for you to choose your prints for inclusion in a your chosen album.
We also offer a range of reprints and enlargements including composite "creative options" pages with multiple images for you to frame or put in your own album (including A4 slip in albums).

Your wedding pictures will also be displayed on a password-protected site so that you and your friends and family can view and order pictures in a range of sizes. The pictures are loaded onto the site in batches from a few days after the wedding until about 2 weeks after the wedding.

We accept all major credit and debit cards & we have full professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

We started out as garden and travel photographers and we have had four books published, plus many articles and pictures in national magazines and we supply work to  a major garden picture library. We also really enjoy our work as wedding and portrait photographers! We are both graduates, with Neville bringing his scientific expertise with a BSc in Physics to the technical aspects of your photography, while Shirley's BA in History of Art and Design equips her to appreciate and record the aesthetics of your day.

So, to summarize! Our main aim is to offer you sophisticated, contemporary and custom-made wedding photography

We are keenly aware of what is at the cutting edge of today's wedding photography with its emphasis on a more natural and less obviously posed look, and we always keep abreast of what is going on right now

�though we never lose sight of the fact that these pictures will be a record for you and your family both at this moment and in the future�

So...we will give you exactly what you want on the day - time, weather and relatives permitting!

bullet Before the wedding we will ask you to fill in a list of the pictures you would like us to take... but we are very flexible so you can, of course add any extra shots you or your family think of on the day.

bullet Most people like a mixture of some formal photographs as a record of the day both for now and for the future, along with lots of the informal shots that "capture the moments" and show you all as you really are - but the balance of this is entirely up to you.

bulletWe make a point of arranging the group shots so that they look like a group - and not a collection of stragglers! But we are always good natured and never bossy! And we also like to capture a relaxed feel in these shots to bring out the relationships between you all - so that there will no pictures that look as if you are all on a military parade!!

bulletBecause there are two of us we can take pictures from different angles and as there is a woman's eye you will always have a good record of the special look you have spent so much time trying to achieve... from dresses, to flowers, to colour schemes and table settings.... We really enjoy our work and one of the pleasures of the day is seeing all the gorgeous things you have chosen!

bulletYour pictures go up for you to see and share with your family and friends on a password protected website in batches 2 weeks or so after the wedding.

bullet We also offer reprints and enlargements at reasonable prices.
